Kalind Limited is a BSE-listed Public Limited Company with a strong base of more than 2,970 shareholders. The company is focused on real estate development, driven by a vision to create lasting value through excellence in design, sustainability, and strategic growth.

Originally promoted by first-generation entrepreneurs in 1995, the company operated as M. B. Parikh Finstocks Ltd. and was engaged in the financial brokerage business until November 2020. After the change in promoters in 2020, the company shifted its core focus to real estate development.

Our activities include acquiring land and other movable or immovable properties in India or abroad; developing, constructing, improving, and maintaining residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This includes townships, housing and commercial complexes, hotels, resorts, hospitals, educational institutions, recreational facilities, infrastructure developments, markets, offices, apartments, and other allied structures complete with all modern amenities and conveniences. We also manage, lease, sell, and operate these properties as part of our integrated development capabilities.

Additionally, we undertake the planning, development, construction, renovation, and maintenance of a wide range of civil and infrastructure works. These include buildings, residential projects, religious structures, roads, highways, bridges, drainage systems, docks, canals, wells, dams, ports, power plants, railways, irrigation systems, water supply, sanitation facilities, and other structural works. Our services also cover the preparation of estimates, designs, plans, specifications, and models required for such projects.

The company may give, take, lease, or sublet properties, and undertake supervising, building, constructing, altering, improving, demolishing, and repairing works, along with all other operations connected to immovable estates and properties.
